Yes, it is legal. The Czech Republic issues TRC cards to individuals who have been living in any European country for more than two years.
You need to have been living in any European country for at least 2 years, possess a valid passport, and hold a TRC card from any European country.
The cost of our services is €850. This includes job placement assistance, collection of all necessary documents for embassy submission, translation of documents into Czech, support at every step of the process, and assistance with adaptation after receiving your Czech TRC card.
We professionally prepare all your documents for embassy submission, and it is highly unlikely that your visa will be denied. If, due to our fault, you receive a refusal, we will refund the full amount. In practice, we have not had any cases where a visa was denied.
From the moment your documents are submitted, the embassy has up to 90 days to review them. However, in most cases, everything is ready within 45–60 days.
Yes, you can pay in two parts: an initial deposit and the remaining amount after we prepare your documents and you receive your appointment date.
A photo of the first page of your passport, photos of your current and previous TRC cards, a certificate of no criminal record from your home country, and a certificate of no criminal record from the country where you currently reside.
